Talk to usIs there a fee per receipt?
No. Issue ten receipts a day or ten thousand a month, the price does not move. A busy till is exactly where the savings show up, so charging per receipt would work against the point of it.
What does the tile itself cost?
On the monthly plan it is a one-time hardware cost. On the annual plan the tile is included at no charge. Either way there is no separate setup or installation fee.
Do I pay per counter?
Yes, one tile per till, since each counter issues its own receipts. They report into a single dashboard. If you are fitting several branches at once, talk to us before ordering.
Are offers and loyalty extra?
No. Offers, loyalty, review links, the receipt builder and FBR filing are all in the base plan. There is no upgrade tier holding features back.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops at the end of the period and your receipt archive stays exportable so you keep the records you are required to hold. Within the first 30 days you also get the hardware cost refunded.
When does billing start?
Once your tile is live and issuing receipts, not when you order. If it sits in a drawer for a week, you are not paying for that week.
