Will this work with my POS?

Yes. The tile runs independently of your till — it doesn't need to integrate, so it works with Square, Oracle, Lightspeed, a local system, or a cash drawer and a calculator. If you can produce a total, Raseed can issue the receipt.

Do customers need to install anything?

No. The receipt opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. There's no app, no account, and no email address to hand over.

What if a customer's phone doesn't support NFC?

Every tile shows a QR code as well. Older phones scan it with the camera and land on exactly the same receipt.

How long does setup take?

About a minute. Unbox the tile, scan it into your dashboard, enter your business details, and start issuing. No engineer visit and no downtime on your counter.

Are these receipts valid for tax and expenses?

Yes. Each one is issued as a verified e-invoice with its own invoice number and GST breakdown, and it's archived on your account so you can export any date range later.

Where is the data stored?

Receipt records sit on your merchant account. Customers aren't asked to create one, so there's no personal profile attached to a purchase — just the transaction itself.

Can I run more than one tile?

Yes — one per counter is the usual setup. They all report into a single dashboard, so you can see each branch separately or all of them together.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and there's a 30-day money-back window from delivery if it isn't for you.
